These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TATA Play DTH services provided by AR Traders ("we," "us," or "our"), an authorized TATA Play Channel Partner (Code: 19861).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, requesting a TATA Play DTH connection, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

AR Traders provides the following services:

TATA Play DTH new connection installations
Reinstallation and relocation services
Technical support and maintenance
Recharge assistance and account management
Customer support and consultation

3. Booking and Installation

Booking Process:

Service requests can be made via phone, email, or online forms
A free site survey will be conducted before installation
Installation dates are subject to technician availability
Customer must be present during installation

Installation Requirements:

Clear line of sight to satellite
Safe access to installation areas
Power supply near set-top box location
Required documents for TATA Play account creation

4. Pricing and Payment

Payment terms and conditions:

All prices are as quoted and may vary based on location and requirements
Payment is required before or during installation
Additional charges may apply for complex installations
Refunds are subject to TATA Play's refund policy
Promotional offers are time-limited and subject to availability

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate information during booking
Ensure safe working conditions for technicians
Be present during scheduled installations
Pay for services as agreed upon
Report technical issues promptly
Comply with TATA Play's terms of service
Not tamper with equipment or attempt self-repairs

6. Warranty and Support

Installation Warranty:

1-year warranty on installation workmanship
Free service for installation-related issues
Warranty void if equipment is tampered with

Equipment Warranty:

Equipment warranty as per TATA Play terms
Defective equipment will be replaced
Warranty claims processed through TATA Play

7. Service Limitations

Service limitations and exclusions:

Services subject to technical feasibility and satellite coverage
Weather conditions may affect installation schedules
Additional charges for work beyond standard installation
Some locations may not be suitable for DTH installation
Service availability subject to TATA Play network coverage

8. Liability and Indemnification

Liability terms:

AR Traders is not liable for TATA Play service interruptions
Liability limited to the value of services provided
Customer responsible for any damages to property during installation
Force majeure events exempt from liability
Customer indemnifies AR Traders against third-party claims

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

Services can be cancelled before installation
24-hour notice required for cancellation
Cancellation charges may apply

Refund Policy:

Refunds processed as per TATA Play policy
Installation charges non-refundable after completion
Processing time: 7-14 business days

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Modification of Terms

AR Traders reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Legal framework:

These Terms are governed by Indian law
Disputes subject to Chennai jurisdiction
Attempt resolution through negotiation first
Arbitration as per Indian Arbitration Act
